As an important embedded part for pipeline installation, wall bushing plays a key role in waterproofing, leak-proofing and anti-settling in engineering construction. In order to ensure the quality of installation and safety of use, the following matters must be strictly noted during the construction process:
First, the electrical wall bushing must be welded with a water stop ring or surrounded by a water-expanding water stop ring, and anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out. In addition, a groove must be reserved for the bushing on the water-facing surface of the main structure, and the groove should be filled with sealing materials to ensure the waterproof effect.
Secondly, the wall bushing, the water stop ring and the wing ring must be continuously welded, and the inner surface of the bushing should be cleaned. Sealing materials and rubber sealing rings must be used to seal the wall pipe and the bushing, and they must be fixed with flanges and bolts to ensure the tightness of the interface.
Third, when a flexible waterproof layer is set on the water-facing surface of the main structure, a reinforcement layer must be added to the connection between the waterproof layer and the wall bushing to improve the overall waterproof performance.
Fourth, the sealing material must be densely, continuously and fully embedded, and firmly bonded to the structure to prevent water leakage or displacement.
Finally, the sealing steel plate and the angle steel embedded in the concrete structure wall must be welded flat, and modified asphalt sealing material or fine stone concrete must be injected from the reserved pouring hole on the steel plate. After the sealing is completed, the pouring hole should be welded and sealed with a steel plate to ensure the construction quality and service life.
By strictly complying with the above installation requirements, the waterproof performance of the wall sleeve can be effectively guaranteed, ensuring the safety and durability of the project.
