The rubber-impregnated fiber capacitor transformer bushing developed and produced by Beijing Nordway Electric Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses rubber-impregnated fiber composite materials as internal insulation and silicone rubber or porcelain as external insulation. It has many advantages such as oil-free, gas-free, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, maintenance-free, and strong resistance to pollution flashover.
The capacitor core of this product adopts the principle of capacitor series voltage division, reasonable field strength and structural design, which can ensure the reliable operation of the product.
This product has extremely high mechanical strength and can withstand 1250N horizontal and vertical tensile tests for 1 week each.
The product body is oil-free, which greatly simplifies the sealing mechanism of the bushing, makes the sealing more reliable, has excellent anti-leakage performance, and can withstand a 72-hour immersion test.
Our transformer bushing product series includes silicone rubber insulated transformer bushings and porcelain transformer bushings, which strictly implement IEC 60137 and GB/T 4109-2022 standards.
